Gjergj Vyshka Since friday 5th till January 15th the
Albanian national team is working hard in Ulcinj (Montenegro) in order to prepare for the preliminary round of the Euro 2007 qualifiers (group A in Vantaa, vs the local team Finland as well as Turkey and Armenia).
During this period Albania will play some friendly matches in order to test their level: the
Edi Martini's team will face
Piramida Podgorica (current runner up of the montenegrian first division), then the
Montenegrian national team (which will therefore play its first official match since the country independence), and two more local clubs from first division:
Teuta Ulcinj and
Municipijum Pljevlja (league leader).
