Victor Beceiro in Tehran for the 1st B Five Cup

In reply to the separate invitations of Vasegh Shakeri (BSD President) and Dariush Mostafavi (IRIFF General Secretary), Victor Beceiro (Ex-FIFA Director of Futsal and Beach Soccer and current UEFA Futsal Match Official) is going to travel to Tehran for attending the 1st B Five Cup, as a special guest.

It was in 1999 when Victor Beceiro joined FIFA, the Fèdèration International de Football Association, with the mission to start FIFA worldwide to run the Futsal (five-a-side) and Beach Soccer program. He took the responsibility to organize the last two FIFA Futsal World Championships (Guatemala 2000 and Chinese-Taipei 2004), create and apply all over the world the technical development programmes, define and propose new format competitions and explore the marketing and television opportunities for such fast growing sports. His five years in FIFA were the starting point of both Futsal and Beach Soccer within FIFA daily operations and structure.
