Note from CBFS

TO THOSE NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS WHO MAY CONSIDER PLAYING AGAINST BRAZIL NATIONAL FUTSAL TEAM IN 2007.


Dear National Futsal Associations,

This letter intends to clarify the period the Brazilian National Futsal Team will be available for matches in 2007. Due to the Pan American Games 2007 taking place in Rio de Janeiro in July we will have very few opportunities in the current year to play abroad. See below our availability, requests and local of the matches we intend to play:

- 11 – 18 February – matches anywhere in the World. Requests: 10 flight tickets Spain- city hosting these matches – Spain, 13 travel tickets Brazil – city hosting these matches- Brazil, full board, accommodation and internal transfers to up to 23 people delegation, satellite signal and publicity in the hosting venue.

- 8 - 12 April – 2 matches on the 10th and 11th of April in Europe. Requests: 10 flight tickets Span- city hosting these matches – Spain, 13 travel tickets Brazil – city hosting these matches- Brazil, full board, accommodation and internal transfers to up to 23 people delegation, satellite signal and publicity in the hosting venue.

- 6 and 8 October – 2 matches in Brazil. We offer: accommodation, full board and internal transfers to up to 21 people delegation.

- 13 and 15 October - 2 matches in Brazil. We offer: accommodation, full board and internal transfers to up to 21 people delegation + 5 days in our futsal training center prior to the Grand Prix if the national team intends to take part in the 16 teams FIFA Grand Prix.

- 20 – 27 October – 16 Teams FIFA Grand Prix in Brazil, 4 hosting cities (waiting for FIFA approval) - We offer: accommodation, full board and internal transfers to up to 21 people delegation. This event will test our ability and will be a rehearsal for the FIFA Futsal Word Cup 2008.

October is the FUTSAL month in Brazil and we would be glad to host your team here. We had very good feedbacks from the 8 Teams FIFA Grand Prix 2006.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend events taking place outside the period above.
