The newly created version of the Austrian national league, better known as Murexin Futsal Bundesliga ended in the beginning of January with the Stella Rossa tipp3 triumph.

On January 21st was staged the Austrian Futsal Awards ceremony in Kapfenberg, with prizes going to Frane Banovic (Tomislavgrad Vienna) as best player of the season and Christian Werschnik named as best referee. Also, the best three clubs of the Murexin Futsal Bundesliga standing were awarded: champions of Stella Rossa tipp3, Runner-up Murexin All Stars and third classified Futsal Saalfelden. Finally, TSV Eiche Neumarkt were awarded with the Nike Fair Play Award.

Futsal fans in Kapfenberg also had the great chance and pleasure to admire the best of Austrian Best Futsal, represented by the three regional selection players of Eastern Austria, Western Austria and Styria, which characterized an entertaining tournament.

The Futsal Gala in Kapfenberg was a great event for Futsal in Austria.
