Platon continues to lead the table after the 17th day of the Hellenic League with an easy win at home against Aeas 10-2. The team from Athens was better all through the game and managed to penetrate the Aeas defense several times. Troulitakis scored twice to lead Platon in scoring. Athina '90 also had an easy task overcoming Gerakas 3-10. Akis Iliadis scored four goals taking his team to an easy victory. The best game of the day was played at Iniohos where the local team tied 3-3 with Ilioupoli in a game that was contested by both team up until the end. Mourdoukoutas and Stamoulos each scored twice for their team. Kosmos captured the win of the day beating Ethnikos Asteras 5-3 with Sikaras scoring all five goals for his team. Minotavros managed to punish Doukas 9-5 and has escaped from the bottom part of the table. Mavraganis and Karakostas registered three goals each for the winning team. The Championship will resume in two weeks due to the qualifying games of the national team in Hungary .
