Platon remains in first place in the Hellenic League after their win at Doukas 0-2. The team did not perform very well having three players who returned on Saturday from Hungary with the national team. At the same time everyone’s mind was on the upcoming trip of the team to Serbia for the Balkan Futsal Cup this week. Platon will compete against 7 other teams from the region on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Athina ’90 also had no trouble beating Ethnikos Asteras 3-7 and kept their one point difference from the top of the table. Ilioupoli also continues their rise in the table with an easy win against Kosmos 6-3. The team suffered no defeats in the last 6 games. Gerakas got the win they needed against relegation rivals Aeas away from home 3-8. With this win Gerakas stays alive in the race to avoid relegation. Salamina returned to victory after an 8 game losing streak beating Minotavros away from home 6-9.
