The AFC.comLine-up completed for AFC Futsal Championship 2007 6 March 2007 KUALA LUMPUR: Korea Republic, Iraq, Lebanon and the Philippines have qualified for the AFC Futsal Championship 2007 and completed the list of 16 teams for the official draw.
While Lebanon and the Philippines were the top two teams respectively in Group A, Iraq finished atop Group B followed by Korea Republic in the qualifying round held recently in Chinese Taipei.
The official draw will take place on April 9 in Tokyo at the JFA Football Museum.
The four qualifiers will join the 12 teams which have gained automatic qualification, including champions Japan who are not only top-seeded but are also the hosts for this edition. The other teams are IR Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Hong Kong, China PR, Turkmenistan, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Kuwait, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.
