Toyota At Inter-Continental Cup

Luanda, 03/22 - The indoor soccer team of the Sports Group of Toyota of Angola will represent the country and Africa in the fourth edition of the Inter-Continental Cup, slated for April 04 to 08 in the Portuguese region of Portimão, in Algarve, ANGOP learnt this Thursday.

According to the chairman of the Angolan Futsal Federation (Fafusa), Luís Mourão, apart from the Angolan team (Africa), Europe will be represented by Portugal and Spain, whilst the USA represents North America, Brazil (South America) and Japan (Asia).

FAFUSA selected the Toyota team in the capacity of national champions.

The tournament is organised by the Portuguese firm that promoted sporting events "Kebrostress". This is the first time that Angolan participated in this competition.
