Great day in Barcelona! Today the local crack Javi Rodriguez, the Best Player of the World 2005 according to the annual Futsalplanet Awards, will be awarded before the beginning of the Division De Honor match (round 24) to be played between Barcelona and Polaris World Cartagena. As reported before (click here to know more) the Futsalplanet.com staff has decided to celebrate Javi Rodriguez due to one more impressive season lived in 2005, as well as a more than deserved prize for a magnificent career in futsal. We also remind that during the next week the Futsalplanet Awards 2006 candidates will be announced (having the "best player of the world" as a unique category taken in consideration) and then voted by the worldwide National Team Coaches.
