The well respected manager and friend Kostantinos Lekkakos passed away last night at age 40 after battling with cancer for the past two years. The futsal community mourns the death of the Ethnikos Asteras team manager who was one of the most respected figures in Greek Futsal.

Kostantinos Lekkakos was hospitalized in Frankfurt – Germany during the past two months and did not manage to overcome pneumonia due to his weakened condition. Kostantinos will be greatly missed and never forgotten. The Greek Futsal Community would like to express their condolences to his wife Eirini and son Theodoros for their loss. Kostantino you will never walk alone…
