Futsal under floodlights

EVESHAM High School has just completed the building of a five-a-side Astroturf playing surface with floodlight for Futsal - a FIFA recognised five-a-side sport.

Next Thursday and Friday, April 12 and 13, there's the launch of coaching half- days to children aged between six and 14.

The Umbro Futsal Cup senior team competition begins at the start of next month. The cost to enter and play a minimum of seven matches is £150 per team and includes affiliation to the Worcestershire FA.

Coaching for juniors will continue until June when it is proposed to run summer junior leagues.
