2007 Dal-Ponte Pacific Futsal League Hobart Leg 21st-22nd

This Saturday at MOONAH SPORTS STADIUM from 2.30pm and Sunday at HILLIARD CHRISTIAN SCHOOL from 9.30 am the Soccer Cellar Tasmanian Islanders make their 2007 Dal-Ponte Pacific League debut.

The Dal-Ponte Pacific league is Australia’s strongest organised Futsal tournament and is the closest thing Australia has to a National Futsal League including teams from Queensland, Nth Queensland, New South Wales, New Zealand, Victoria and Tasmania. This weekend in the Soccer Cellar Hobart leg of the Pacific League there will be two Tasmanian teams for the first time who will be competing against Victoria Vipers and Queensland City Vikings. The Tasmanian Teams are the Soccer Cellar Tasmanian Islanders and the Soccer Cellar Tasmanian Titans.

The Islanders team is the strongest it has been and will feature many well known premier league outdoor players. The team should be very competitive and if you could come and support the team this would be great for the guys.
