US AMF FUTSAL DEFEATS ESE ALL-STARS 6-1

In the first of two friendlies between the US AMF FutSal National Team and the ESE FutSal League All-Stars, the US squad came away with a victory that although sloppy at times showed the superiority of the US Selection. "The All-Stars were a very strong, defensive team that applies full court pressure very well," said US coach Tony Toral.

ESE All-Stars opened the scoring in the 3rd minute on a miscue from goalkeeper Alessandro Ferrante "Alex" who otherwise had a spectacular night at goal. Daniel "Danny" Leon scored off an intersection in the 5th minute and the US squad never looked back.

The two squads will meet again tonight at 9PM at Bryant FutSal Field.
