PSC, MBSU win in inter district futsal

IMPHAL, May 29: PSC and MBSU won their matches in the 1st Inter District Futsal Football Tournament 2007 organised by All Manipur Football Association at Manipur University football ground today.

In the opening match, PSC of Chandel beat FSC of Kakching by 7-4 goals. FSC goal scorers were Nanao in 2nd and 5th minute and T Thomas Zou in the 11th and 14th minute. While for the winning team PSC, the goal scorers were Longand in 15th minute, Suresh in 27th, 28th and 38th minute, Molashing in 29th minute, Mathawar in the 30th and 32nd minute.

The second match of today, Imphal West District Futsal champion MBSU Wahengbam leikai beat SAO of Kakching by 10-6 goals. MBSU goal scorers were Premchan in 1st minute, David in the 6th, 21st and 37th minute, Surchand in 8th, 18th, 24th and 28th minute, Thangminlal in 23rd minute and Dhanajit in the 39th minute. While for SAO of Kakching, N Bikash in 7th minute, P Matum in 10th and 36th minute, N Ranjan in 11th minute, Th Dewan in the 15th minute and Ch Dhanakumar in the 22nd minute were the goal scorers.
