Baba Asgarov: We will defeat Armenian team in world qualifying round

“I believe that we will beat Armenia in the world championship qualifying round. We will try to make maximum use of it”, Azerbaijan national futsal team acting head coach Baba Asgarov was quoted as saying.

“We leave Armenian team behind in rating list. Both our national team and clubs are stronger. It is an indicator of our potential and ability. The matches will take place in neutral site Czech Republic. So I do not think the match will be cancelled”.

The acting coach was optimistic about the qualifying round matches. “I think we can succeed to join the next stage. The matches will be hard naturally. In any case we aim to struggle in play off stage”.
