Aca Kovacevic has named what he believes to be the strongest possible Serbia squad for the UEFA European Futsal Championship in Porto from 16 to 25 November.
'Preparing hard'Veteran goalkeeper Predrag Brzakovic, captain Bojan Pavicevic, former footballer Predrag Rajic and young talent Marko Peric are all in the 14-man squad, half of which comes from Serbian champions KMF Marbo Beograd. Kovacevic, whose team will gather in Belgrade on 9 November and begin their campaign eight days later in Portugal against Group B rivals Russia, said: "We have been preparing hard for the finals, especially tactically. This squad is the best that Serbia have at the moment and I believe in these players. I am an optimist, but I do not want to say too much before the tournament."
