The Dutch selection is ready to travel towards St Petersburg where, since the next week, will start the prestigious international tournament for Under 21 selections. Netherlands was included in the A group and will therefore meet Moldova, Iran and Russia during the first stage.
For the first time Marcel Loosveld will guide the team as head coach, replacing Vic Hermans. Loosveld, former player of the Dutch National team also during the World Champs 89 (together with Hermans) was already collaborating (and will keep on doing that) with Hermans for the "A" team as assistant coach, and will be supported by another legendary name of dutch futsal as assistant: Anton Biloro.
