Iran's futsal team in semifinals

Iran's Under-21 futsal team has qualified for semifinal matches of the international futsal competitions currently underway in Russia.

Iran's futsal team paved the way to the semifinals after it drew 1-1 against the Russian team.

The Iranian team had defeated Moldavia 8-1 and Holland 4-0 in the previous matches.

Iran will be playing against Spain and Russia against Ukraine on Friday night.

A total of 12 futsal teams from around the world are competing in the futsal tournament in St. Petersburg.
