Latvian futsal national teams will experience an intense activity in the new year, including the "A" team effort to qualify for the next Brazil 2008 World Champs, beeing drawn in the turkish group vs the local team, as well as Slovakia and Portugal.
This year will also see the absolute debut of the Under 21 team, involved in the first ever European UEFA Under 21 tournament qualifiers (Latvia to face the host Hungary, Belarus and Kazakhstan).
Also, Latvia will take part in the international tournament to be held in Poland, having Turkey, Cyprus and Poland as opponents.
