THE RULES FUTSAL (5-SIDE-FOOTBALL) TOURNAMENTFORMAT:
The sixteen teams will be placed into four groups of four and play as a league. The teams from the first two places in each goup will go up into sunday quarterfinal groups (X, Y) and first two teams from each group promote into play off matches. (the rest of the tournament will be playing by the discarded system).
MATCHES:
The matches will be of 2 x 20 minutes (match of third place 2 x 20 minutes) duration with 5 minutes pause. If the match in K.O.system will be drawn game, the penalties will be kicked (5 kicks by another players and after 1 kick by one team will win - the players will be kick in the same list as first 5 kicks).
POINTS:
The winner of each match will receive three points, drawn games are one point each, losers - no points.
LEAGUE PLACINGS:
The rules, which will be deciding about winners and placings of the leagues are following:
1. The total number of points
2. The mutual match (in the event of two teams level on points) or the minitable of the mutual matches (in the event of more teams level on points). In this minitable will be deciding:
a. The number of points from mutual matches.
b. The goal difference.
c. The team scoring most goals.
3. The goal difference of all matches in the league.
4. The most scoring goals of all matches in the league.
5. The lot.
TEAMS:
A team may consist from 5 - 15 players, who must be named. The squad will be given to the organizer before starting of the tournament. The teams have to give the organisers the record 5 minutes before each games.
INSURANCE OF PLAYERS:
The organizer of tournament does not provide players with any insurance.
PRESENTATION:
Team have to make its presentation 15 min before the start of its first match.
REFEREES:
The tournament will be judged by official referees appointed by Referees Committee of FA of Czech republic.
PROTESTS:
Will be solved by organization committee at latest 15 min. after the end of the game - charge 500,- CZK in case of positive decision the charge will be returned.
RULES:
Oblige rules settled by FIFA organization.
Attention!
(i) Yellow Cards
Yellow card is used by the Referee as a warning to a player. The player who received a Yellow Card may continue the playing in this match. Two Yellow Cards in one match = Red Card. A player, which will receive two Yellow Cards in another matches, must stop one following match.
(j) Red Cards
If a player receives a Red Card he will be banned from the remainder of this match and minimum one follow match. He cannot be substituted for 2 minutes in the match in which he received a Red Card. After 2 minutes he can be substituted by another player. In the case of received goal during 2 punishmenting minutes, the player can be substituted immediately.
(k) Late kick offs
All matches must kick off within the right time. Teams arriving late without a valid reason will forfeit that match and their opponents will receive a 5-0 win.
