Last minute change in the international tournament scheduled to start today, January 15th, in Baku (Azerbaijan). According to our informations the Iranian national team had renounced to play due to difficult weather conditions which could have affected their travel towards Azerbaijan. In a first moment the local FA decided to replace the Asian country with the Azeri Under 21 squad, but it finally seems that a Baku selection will be the fourth side of the event, together with Kazakhstan, Georgia and the host country Azerbaijan.
