The Jakarta PostRI falls to Oz at KL World 5s opener Wednesday, January 30, 2008KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesia fell to Australia 5-1 in the opening match of the KL World 5s futsal tournament here Tuesday.
Indonesia took the lead in the first half with Angga Suryasaputra scoring in the 18th minute.
Australia quickly answered back with two goals in the following minutes. It extended its lead in the second half with three more goals.
"Australia played better and they deserved to win," Indonesia's head coach Justinus Lhaksana was quoted as saying in a release from the organizers.
"We picked up some things from the game. We will be better when we face Malaysia," he said. -- JP
