Report by Yannis Mostrios - Futsal Hellas

The Hellenic League continued its action yesterday with Iniohos getting an important win at Minotavros 4-8. This result places them now second in the table. The youngsters Stamoulos and Manos led the way for the guests with 2 and 3 goals respectively. Platon had no troubles overcoming Salamina 11-3 at home, while Ilioupoli got tied up with Doukas 5-5 with the equalizer being scored 5 seconds before the final whistle. Kosmos secured their place in the play-offs with their away win at Aris Virona 5-10, and Olimpiada got an anxious win at the already relegated Gerakas 4-6. Finally the leaders Athina ’90 overcame the resistance of Ethnikos Asteras 8-4 and continue to lead the table. The games will be suspended for two weeks due to the trip of the National team to Malta and religious holidays, and the action will resume on the 17th of March.
