Kick Off NigeriaTwo Nigerian referees for FutsalCAF have picked two Nigerian referees for the African preliminaries of the Futsal World Championship taking place in Libya later this month.
The Nigerian referees are Ayeni Saheed and Ozor Osmond and they are part of the 16 from six countries who will officiate in the African preliminaries taking place in Libya from March 21-30, 2008.
The referees are from Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Cameroon, Mozambique and Libya. Each of the countries is producing three referees except Cameroon and Morocco with two each.
Ten countries are participating in the Futsal competition with the draws taking place on March 15 in Tripoli. The 10 countries will be divided into two groups of five teams. They are Angola, Cameroon, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia and Zambia.

Egypt – Mahmood Yasser, Kadara Said Abd and Soliman Sherif Rashwan
Morocco – Boulifa Abdellah, Zadani Abdelali
Nigeria – Ayeni Saheed, Ozor Osmond and Zakowi Abraham
Cameroon – Ongolo Claude and Tchatchou Amedee
Mozambique – Machava Dionise, Cacachal Jose and Khani Asselam
Libya - El Haola Mustafa, Al Dawi Tawfik and Fasani Al sharef.
