MIZUNO All-Women Futsal Festival


A fund raising project of the Philippine National Women’s Futsal Team

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

The tournament will be held on April 13, 2008 Sunday-women’s open at the Club650 Stated below is the schedule of the program.

Morning:
9:00 am - Assembly Time
9:30 am - OPENING CEREMONY/start of games
1:30 pm - Games
Evening:
1:00 pm - Games/ Start of Eliminations
7:00 pm - Finals
Only ten (10) teams can be accommodated in the tournament, hence the registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Each team must personally submit the following complete requirements on or before
April 9, 2008 7:00 PM at University of Asia and the Pacific.

Registration Fee- Php. 2,500.00

All competing teams will be pre-registered for purposes of organization. There will be no registration, alternation or changes to the final list before the start of the game.
All team members, together with their guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the FIFA Futsal.
The tournament Director has the discretion to shorten the playing time if deemed necessary.
8 minutes per half/ no time outs
In the entire tournament, the following point system will be followed.

WIN = 3 points
DRAW = 1 point
LOSS = 0 point
Cards carried over the semis/finals
Team fouls carried over from 1st to 2nd half of the game.
Only the top two (2) teams from each bracket will qualify for the semi-final games. Should there be a draw; team standing at the end of the elimination round shall be made on the following according to priority.

win over the other
penalty shoot (3-3)
To determine the competing teams in the semi-final games, crossover will be done. Single Elimination System will be used.

1st place versus 4th place
2nd place versus 3rd place
In case of a draw at the end of each game, five (5) minutes extension will be played.

If no goal is made, penalty shots of 3-3 goals will be played.
For the final games, the same regulations as in semi-finals will be played. The competing teams will be as follows:

First Game - Loser vs. Loser
Second Game - Winner vs. Winner
All games will be officiated by PFF/NCR Futsal Referees.
The following are the awards for the tournament:

Champion - Trophy 1 MIZUNO futsal ball
Second - Trophy 1 MIZUNO futsal ball
Third - Trophy 1 MIZUNO futsal ball
The Most Valuable Player will be selected from any of the teams playing in the semi-finals and final games by a panel of judges.
Players will be liable for damages incurred during the game.
The Organizing Committee shall decide all matters not provided for under the present regulations.
