4th African Futsal championships: Morocco through to semis

Tripoli, Mar. 26 - Morocco on Tuesday trashed Cameroon 8-1 to make it to the semi-final of the 4th African Futsal - the five-a-side indoor version of football - Championships.

Morocco finished second of Group A with nine points out of three wins against Tunisia (5-0), Nigeria (2-1) and Cameroon (8-1), and a loss before the hosts Libya (1-4), the group leader (12 points).

In the semis, Morocco will play on Friday Egypt, leader of group B, while Libya will take on Mozambique, second of group B.

The championships finalists will play the Futsal World Cup, to be held in Brazil.

3- Nigeria 4
4- Tunisia 3
5- Cameroon 1
