Hammers exhibition at YMCA

The Wilmington Hammerheads will play a "futsal" exhibition April 2 at the YMCA.

Futsal is soccer played with five-man sides. The field is a basketball court without walls or dashers to keep the ball in play. It consists of two 20-minute halves, with most rules similar to outdoor soccer.

The team will play a group of players who competed in the futsal league at the YMCA this winter. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children; proceeds are for the YMCA's "We Build People" campaign.
