Report by our Japanese collaborator
Kenji TamakiThe end of a great career. One of the best ever Japanese futsal players,
Kihoshy Sagane has announced he will stop with futsal. The current
Pescadola Machida' striker has communicated his decision through the pages of his personal blog. Definitely a big lost for Japanese futsal, as
Sagane was one of the main characters of the huge development of the sport in recent years, wearing the national team shirt as well as the most important japanese clubs like Cascavel (current Pescadola Machida) and Predator.
Also, he was the first ever Japanese players in trying the European adventure, opening the old continent doors to players like Kogure, Ono and some others in Italy and Spain: he signed with
Ciampino (Italian first division) during the season 2001/2002.
Congrats Kihoshy, we will miss you in the pitch!!
