This will conclude with a final series during August. The club has successfully run futsal competitions for over three years and now that this organisation has aligned to Northern NSW Football, registered players are able to seek higher representative honours.
Futsal is a fast paced form of indoor soccer which can be very beneficial to a player’s fitness level as well as enhancing ball skills for the outdoor game.
Taree PCYC is looking at providing competitions for under 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and two senior competitions.
Cost of registration will be $47 for a senior player over the age of 18 and $28 for juniors.
The match fee per week will be $30 for a senior team and $25 for a junior side and $20 for under 10.
Any player who is financial with Northern NSW Football Association after October 1, 2007, for futsal will not be required to pay affiliation fees for the winter competition.
Competition for junior games will start at 4.15pm and seniors at 5.45pm.
Opens will be played on Mondays and mixed on Thursdays. Playing times will be 15 minute halves for under 10s and 20 minute halves for all other games.
A minimum of four teams will be required before a competition will start.
All team nomination forms must be submitted to PCYC no later than Thursday May 15.
