As reported by the great argentinian portal
Pasion Futsal, following some official notes from the Peruan Football Association, the
Nagoya Oceans impressive striker
Kaoru Morioka will join the
Peruan National team for the next Conmebol Qualifiers of Montevideo, looking for a place in the Brazilian World Cup. Considered as one of the shining stars of the Japanese
F League, Morioka descend from japanese immigrants in Peru. After the Peruan FA proposal to join their national team there was the "japanese counter-attack", as the Asian country tried to nationalize the player in order to have him available for the Sergio Sapo's selection. But the final
Morioka's decision went in favour of Peru, so that from May 5th the Nagoya Oceans' star will start his training in Lima, before moving back to Japan in order to take part in the
Oceans Arena Cup 2008 (tournament to inaugurate the new Nagoya Oceans hall).
