TOR CHITTINANDThailand's futsal (five-a-side) team secured their second win at the AFC championship yesterday when they hammered Indonesia 11-0 in their Group A game at Nimibutr Gymnasium. Anucha Munjaroen scored four goals while Sermphan Khumthinkaew and Tanakorn Santanaprasit added two goals each during the landslide victory.
Thailand edged Iraq team 1-0 in their first game on Sunday after a goal from Panuwat Janta.
Thai futsal coach, Jose Maria Mandez said ''This was a better performance.
''Indonesia tried to attack, which is our style of playing.
''It was good to score many goals but we also missed several easy chances.''
Thailand play their last match in the preliminary round today against Kyrgyzstan at 4.30pm
