Laguna Penza claimed the national title, a deserved prize for the huge work of club president

Evgenie Kuzmin. The new Russian champions were also awarded in the top scorers standing, with the impressive perfomance of the Ukrainian
Julia Titova, who scored 61 goal in the season.
The former champions of
Viktoria (Nizhniy Novgorod Region) found some consolation in the Cup triumph, with the
Pavel
Romanov's girls managed to beat Laguna by 2-0, also thanks to the russian star
Pavlina Borodina.
42 clubs took part in the second division of women futsal, from Baltic region to Kamchatka. The first place, at the end of the final tournament, went to the Ekaterinburg side
UGTU-UPI, with
Politechnik-SFU (Krasnoyarsk) as runners up,
Chayka as third classified and
Laguna "B" (Penza) which ended as fourth. The last place of the standing went to
BaltJunia from Kaliningrad.
One more season of women futsal in Russia is over, once again with the only support of futsal enthusiasts from Russian Women Futsal Association.
