A great final series between the best national clubs. The last chance to save the season for two coaches (Mihaly Kozma for Odorheiu and Zoltan Jakab for Deva) who both didn't qualify with their respective national teams, Hungary and Romania, for Brazil 2008.

Also, a big challenge between great players from Romanian National Team (10 from Deva, 3 from Odorheiu) and from the Hungarian one (6 from Odorheiu Secuiesc), with also the brazilians players reinforcing Odorheiu (Davi Costa and Igor). And, finally, three important players injured: Balasz and Toth for Odorheiu and Gherman for Deva.

The deciding match in Odorheiu Secuiesc was extremely balanced till minute 26. After that Odorheiu experienced the best moment of their match and conquered the game with a final score of 6-2.

With 2500 fans attending the match in a great atmosphere, also broadcasted live on Sportklub TV (which showed 19 matches live from the whole season) the Mihaly Kozma's side could celebrate a national title breaking the two years series of Cip Deva.
