Sarjana Teleflow champs

SARJANA Teleflow FC edged MY FC 3-2 to emerge champions of the Selangor leg of the Milo Hidup Bola Futsal Carnival at the Sports Planet Futsal Centre in Ampang over the weekend.

Dedikasi FC beat Kuweng FC 1-0 to finish third in the carnival, which attracted 160 teams, and the top four teams qualify for the July 27 Grand Finals, where the main prize is a five-day trip to Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United.

Besides medals, the top four teams won prize money of RM1,000, RM800, RM600 and RM500 respectively.

The winning teams also received Milo Hidup Bola commemorative futsal balls and a set of jerseys and balls from Figos, the official ball of the event.

In the Under-12 friendly, a permanent feature in all legs of the carnival, Akademi Tunas Baiduri whipped Akademi HTO Subang Jaya 7-0.
