Semi-finals kick off

The semifinals of the Copa America of Futsal will be contested on Friday, when Argentina face Brazil and Uruguay play against Paraguay.

No doubt the match attracting most of the attention will be the one between Argentina and Brazil, in one of the greatest derby of South American and Worldwide soccer.

Argentina reached this stage after beating Venezuela 3-0, while Brazil hammered Uruguay 8-1, showing they are still the favorites to clinch the title.

The second semi-final will have hosts Uruguay and Paraguay, a team that showed their strength in every match. In fact they thrashed Peru 6-1.
