Les Bois Sports Association teams place in Futsal tourney

The Les Bois Sports Association U17 girls team won the United States National Futsal Championships in Baltimore last weekend.

Les Bois won with a 3-2 victory over Southern Maryland.

Futsal is a form of soccer played with five players on a side, a smaller, heavier ball and on a court about the size of a basketball floor.

The LBSA U13 and U11 teams finished fourth in the same championships, while the U14 team finished fifth.
