Shark FC eat up the competition

JFA Shark FC were the best of a record 66 teams after they edged TMA Red FC to emerge champions of the Milo Hidup Bola Futsal carnival Johor leg on Wednesday.

JFA beat TMA 2-1 with both teams qualifying for the July 27 Grand Finals in Kuala Lumpur.

Impro FC beat KMJ FC 2-0 for third place in the tournament, which had targeted only 48 teams.

The top four teams won RM1,000, RM800, RM600 and RM500 respectively and also received Milo Hidup Bola commemorative futsal balls and a set of jerseys and balls from Figos, the official ball of the event.

With only the Kuantan leg on Saturday left, teams are advised to register early. The final leg will be at Plaza Futsal Kg Tiram, Bandar Indera Mahkota, Kuantan and entry fee is RM50 per team.
