The AFC.comRefereeing courses held in Iran26 July 2008 SHIRAZ: The Fars Football Association conducted three Grade III Refereeing Courses in different parts of the province under AFC’s Vision Iran project recently.
A Grade III Futsal Refereeing Course for women was held in the city of Lamerd, 400 kilometres from the provincial capital, from July 2 to 6.
Forty-nine participants from the province were put through the paces by AFC instructor Nasser Khazforoush.
A Grade III Course for male referees was conducted in the city of Firouz Abad. Twenty aspiring referees learnt the tricks of the trade from AFC instructor Saieed Sanaee.
A similar course was conducted by Sanaee in the city of Neyriz with the participation of 19 aspiring referees from July 14 to 18.
