Vietnam drawn with Malaysia, Laos, Brunei

Viet Nam have been drawn in group B with Malaysia, Laos and Brunei in the ASEAN Futsal (indoor football) Championship, according to the Viet Nam Football Federation’s website.

Group A consists of Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines.

The championship – which takes place in Bangkok on August 27-31 – will see eight teams competing round robin in two groups.

Two top teams from each group will go through to the semi-finals.

The team will meet in HCM City’s Thanh Long Sports Centre in preparation for the tournament.
