No chance to watch a "pre world cup" match, as the supposed challenge between Spain and Iran won't take place. The Iranian Futsal Committee announced their missing arrival in Segovia due to organising difficulties (some Spanish web sites reported that the main, though "unofficial", reason is given by the fact that the Iranian superleague is going to start next week, but this is surely incorrect as the Superleague 2008 is running since many weeks already!). In order to replace Iran, Venancio's Spain has won (2-1, Kike and Fernandao for Spain, Pavesio for opponents) a friendly match over a selection of players from Castilla and Leon regions.
