For those who still think that Futsal is not Olympic due to the missing women activity (!!) let us remind that today start one more women futsal event in Vitória (Espirito Santo state, Brazil): the first ever World University Women's Futsal Championship.
Nine nations (they were supposed to be ten, but Kazakhstan renounced to play) are taking part in this historical event, beeing Costa Rica the first country in reaching Brazil (see some pictures from the Costa Rican arrival below, as well as some images from the Brazilian national team training sessions).

Definitely a basic step for the development of women futsal in the World, keep on working!
