2008/2009 Chinese National Futsal League starts in November

2008 Chinese National futsal league kicks off on Nov.1 in Zhenzhou, Henan province. This season competition is played in eight rounds with eight cities involved in it. The Henan Jianye futsal and Guangzhou Sports Institute futsal are joining the futsal family in this league, which is composed of eight clubs. Zhenzhou City, the capital of Henan province, was chosen to host the first round of the league. Each round of the tournament is played by all the eight clubs in a single round robin. The opening ceremony is scheduled on November 2nd. The national league will last eight months from November 2008 to June 2009.

We remind that the National futsal league is held by CFA, Chinese Football Association and represents the highest level tournament in the country, beeing played since five years.

The Zhenzhou round will be played since November 1st to 7th.
