PANAMERICAN FUTSAL CONFEDERATION’s managing board hereby confirms the performance of an Indoor Soccer’s International Congress, and notifies the following information:

·Date: November 30 and December 1, 2002.
·Location: Asuncion, Paraguay.
·Registration Deadline: November 22, 2002.

·Participation Cost: No participation cost.
·Lodging, board and local transportation:
The organization shall be responsible to cover the expenses of 1 representative per country during the 2 days of the Congress.

·Airline ticket:
The airline ticket cost from the place of origin to the Congress location should be paid by each country’s Federation, Confederation or Association.

REMARKS

·The hotel’s data and the Congress’ venue shall be informed as soon as possible.
·The representative entities of each country should give the corresponding information of the participant and his/her flight’s schedule in order to organize his/her reception and lodging.
