An interesting futsal coaching course was held in Fuchu (Japan) at the beginning of October. The Alter Ego Luparense (italian champion) coach
Jesus Velasco, as well as the Caja Segovia's assistant coach
Cèsar Arcones (head coach
Miguel Rodrigo was supposed to take part as well but had to renounce due to ilness) and the spanish club president
Luis Sanz Herrero were the course instructors and speakers. The clinic was organized by
Sergio Gargelli, italian coach of the Kanto league prestigious club
Fuchu Athletic (since the next league they should join the F League). That meant an hard but great and useful work for 45 Japanese coaches who attended the clinic sessions (theorical and practical with Fuchu players). Also, some training sessions with the Fuchu's youth teams were organized in order to illustrate how to work on the "base" (the only future for futsal). Luis Sanz Herrero then talked about futsal and marketing.
