Champions off to Old Trafford

INFINITY FC, the champions of the Milo Hidup Bola Sepak Under-16 futsal carnival, will leave for London tomorrow for a five-day visit to Old Trafford.

Infinity FC, from Kuantan, emerged as the champions in the grand finals of the 14-leg futsal carnival held in Subang Jaya.

As the champions, they were rewarded with all expense paid trip to Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United.

The 12-member team will include the president of the Manchester United Supporter Club Malaysian branch Laurence How and the techincal directors of the Milo Hidup Bola Futsal carnival Nik Muhd Radzi and Zaila Rahim,

The five-day trip will include a visit to Anfield, the home ground of Liverpool and the Beatles’ Museum. On Dec 6, the Malaysian contingent will get a chance to watch the EPL match between Manchester United and Sunderland.

The Malaysians will get a feel of the United fever and electrifying atmosphere.
