Box United end their season

BOX United Futsal Club ended their season this year with a party at Mamara Beach yesterday.

Hailed from the neighbourhood of Mbokonaver in Honiara, the club have three national under 12, 14, and 16 players.

They won the under-16 Futsal tournament, runners up in the under-14 and came second in the open second division.

Club Manager and Coordinator Silver Dunge said the club management hosted the party to thank the players and reward their hard work.

He said he was impressed with players for their great achievement. Dunge said besides Futsal, Box United also have a volleyball team and a music group.

He thanked the Mbokonavera community for standing behind the team.
